A query entered in a search tool is sent to the outside company that operates that tool. The partner processes the terms and supplies its results. Henry County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.

It publishes general directions to the Henry County Circuit Clerk, Alabama courts, municipal custodians, and official access systems. Visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
