This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We cannot retrieve dockets, move court dates, alter or seal cases, issue certified copies, or provide legal advice. Contact the official court or clerk for those services.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Send each request to the office or service that owns the task.
- Docket or case details: use Alacourt / Just One Look for paid remote access, or ask the clerk to inspect the electronic docket in person
- Court date: read the newest notice or order, then confirm the setting with the proper clerk
- Certified copy: name the exact filed document and request certification from the custodian
- Municipal ticket: contact Abbeville or Headland Municipal Court when that city is named on the citation
- Probate matter: contact the Henry County Probate Judge rather than the Circuit Clerk
For Circuit and District Court dockets, the main records counter is the Henry County Circuit Clerk, 101 Court Square, Suite J, Abbeville, AL 36310-2135, (334) 585-2753. The official clerk page lists public hours as 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Call before a Friday visit because the county’s general building schedule differs. Written requests may be mailed to that address, and the requester may need to prepay copy and postage costs.
